Richard Formisano who heads up the TwinCityHome Group is a licensed realtor agent with Bridge Realty has more than a decade of experience in real estate including short sales, first time home buyers, no money down programs, seller paid closing cost programs, note investment and syndication, leasing and rental property, pre-foreclosure consulting as well as mortgage financing. He is a savvy manager and consistent top producing realtor with heart, who puts his clients needs and desires above all else. He has lived in the Twin Cities Area for more than 20 years and Eden Prairie for 12 of those years. He knows the areas and neighborhoods of our community very well and is a local expert.

Rick Formisano has over 20 years marketing and sales experience. Having been National Sales Manager and head of Marketing for a publicly traded company, he helped bring the company to profitability within 6 months of being hired. Rick also has a great deal of experience with mortgages and helping folks finance a home. In more than one occasion, he has been able to get the loan done when the big banks have turned down a client. He has held a mortgage broker and loan officer license.

His passion however has always been the Real Estate business. Whether he is buying and selling his multi state investment properties, negotiating short sales, buying and servicing real estate notes or managing businesses including a mortgage origination business, Rick Formisano has a stellar track record of success and a long list of happy clients. He believes happy clients make for referrals and repeat customers. Because of this, ‘Service is Number One’ is a motto he lives by daily.

Rick Formisano has a BA degree in Advertising and Business Administration as well as many real estate credits including being a foreclosure specialist with the SFR designation.

He currently lives in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife Melissa, his son Steven and daughter Kristin.
